Join us every Sunday at 11:30 am from June through August in our cosy cellar door for a guided mulled wine masterclass celebrating the rich history, spices, aromas and traditions of warm spiced wine.
You’ll taste three completely different styles of mulled and warm spiced wines — from traditional European-inspired recipes to modern Australian interpretations — while discovering how the base wine transforms through spice, citrus, sweetness and heat.
Along the way, we’ll compare each finished mulled wine against its original base wine so you can experience the fascinating evolution of flavour in the glass.
Your experience includes:
