Did you know that it can also play an important role in your health and wellbeing as you age? Regularly listening to music can help support memory, improve mood and keep your mind engaged.

Simple ways to include more music in your day:
🌼 Turn the radio on in the morning while you’re getting ready
🌼 Play a few old favourites while moving around the house
🌼 Head out for a short drive with music playing (with a Daisy!)
🌼 Attend a local music group or community event
🌼 Join your local choir or sing in church
