Job Title: Salesperson (Minimal Experience)
Worldwide Logistics is a top-tier provider of third-party logistics (3PL) solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering efficient and reliable logistics solutions to businesses of all sizes. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team.
We are seeking a proactive and driven Salesperson with minimal experience and a background in tele-sales to join our 3PL sales team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to advance their sales careers in the dynamic logistics industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound tele-sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present tailored 3PL solutions to meet their logistics requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tele-sales. Logistics Sales is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with tele-sales and CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
