We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to work with merchants and help grow our courier network. If you are passionate about communication, field activities, and building business partnerships, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
1. Acquire and onboard new merchants to our platform
2. Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants
3. Conduct field visits, meetings & product presentations
4. Achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets
5. Provide post-onboarding support & collect feedback
Work closely with sales and operations teams
Requirements:
BBA/MBA form a well reputed university. Professional qualification will give added advantage.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field is required.
Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
Fieldwork capability and target-oriented mindset
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
Advance level expertise in MS Office, G-suit.
