Our loyal customers, we understand that you were expecting your photos to be delivered today, Wednesday. However, we sincerely apologise for the delay caused by the power outage that occurred on Saturday.

We only managed to resume editing the photos taken on Friday and Saturday during the early hours of Sunday morning. The unstable internet connection has also affected our workflow, as we rely on the internet for certain editing processes using Lightroom and Photoshop.

As a result, we have experienced a significant backlog of work. We are working hard to clear the backlog and complete your photos as soon as possible.

We are hoping to have your photos ready for delivery tomorrow, Thursday and Friday.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. Unfortunately, the situation was beyond our control, but we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.

Dear Valued Customers who took studio pictures with us at Boerams Wedding Pictures studio on Friday, Saturday and Sunday,

Good day 😊. We hope this message finds you well.

We sincerely apologise 😔 for the delay in delivering your photos, which were scheduled for delivery today, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Unfortunately, the power outage that occurred on Saturday significantly affected our workflow and delayed the start of the editing process. When electricity was restored, the power supply remained unstable, constantly going on and off. For this reason, we could not safely switch on our computers and continue with the editing process.

The unstable internet connection also affected our work, as we rely on Photoshop and Lightroom for editing, as well as the internet to download backgrounds and other resources required for certain editing tasks.

We understand that you have been patiently waiting for your photos, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this delay has caused. 🙏

We are working hard to catch up and clear the backlog created by the power outage. We expect to have your photos completed by Thursday evening, and no later than Friday.
