Last week an unfortunate incident happened and a large vessel ran aground on the rocks at the entrance to Lagoon City. Through gusty winds, unpredictable water conditions plus many other factors could have played into affect. Barge-it with combined help from the Marina the boat was secured and then later towed to Marina to assess damage.

With high winds and shifting weather, always double-check marine forecasts, review your charts, and proceed cautiously when navigating unfamiliar areas. If you're unsure, don’t hesitate to call ahead to your destination
