NURAHINI HENDRAWATI : HEAD DISPATCH

👩🏾‍🏫 Clifton’s right hand “man” Nura (the container whisperer), got her bachelor degree from Surabaya State University and taught at the high school level with love and compassion for all of her students, the same love and compassion that she brings to her work everyday as the Head Dispatch at Flatliner.

👩🏾‍💻 By 2012, Clifton started realizing, he’d have to start putting the right people in the right positions in order for the company to continue to grow. The first person he decided to hire was somebody to fill the account payable/receivables position and for the first six months that’s exactly what Nura was for Flatliner, but Clifton started to realize she was so much more.

🔑 Honest, good communicator, willingness to learn, love for her work, goal oriented are just some of the few attributes he noticed in her which led to him trusting her with more work within the company. She started to do most of the office work, filing, customer service, receiving/preparing/tracking orders, preparing schedules, contacting shipping lines and dispatching. For 10 years, Nura had the pleasure of being mentored by a real trucker, with real experience and a wealth of knowledge that you can’t get from a book or computer screen. Her and Clifton developed a unique relationship which was the driving force in Flatliner Transports success. The knowledge that she learned while working with him for the last decade is unmatched and that is why today she is Flatliners secret weapon. When it comes to moving containers in Montreal there is nobody better at making sure your containers get where they need to be and when they need to be there! It doesn't matter how many containers you need moved and when you need them moved by, Flatliner will create the solution to get the job done in the most efficient way possible.

Through relentless work and dedication he founded Flatliner Transport in 2003. Through sheer will and supreme customer service Clifton quickly made a name for Flatliner Transport, garnering a clientele including Ford, Peerless, CH Robinson, XPO and many more.

💡 Ports are an enormous economic engine involving billions of dollars in goods and revenue. In Montreal over 40 billion dollars worth of goods, which is more than 2000 ships loaded with 20,000+ containers each, come in and out of the port every year. Trucks and trains are used to move these containers from the port, with trucks transporting 55% of this volume. This means over 2500 trucks per day come in and out of the Port of Montreal.

🚛 For over 2 decades Flatliner Transport has been transporting goods all over Canada and the United States. Through our experience, we have found a niche in container work coming out of the Port of Montreal and CN / CP rails. After over 35,000 + deliveries the 3 main things that we’ve noticed all clients want are communication, punctuality and consistency. AIESHA ROBINSON : SALES MANAGER

👶🏾Cliftons angel, his daughter Aiesha, is known in Montreal for her community work through Born to Rise, an organization that goes out into the community and teaches self love, self confidence and respect for others. She takes those same values and instills them in our culture at Flatliner.

🧩Aiesha has worked within the company for over 8 years showing up whenever called upon. Today you can find her handling paperwork, training new employees, dispatching trucks or managing the sales department. Aiesha can add the missing piece to the puzzle on any given day! With customer and driver appreciation as her main focus, Flatliner is always thinking of new and creative ways of showing our appreciation and gratitude for those we work with.

JAMIE ROBINSON, PRESIDENT

📈 Clifton’s oldest son Jamie joins the team as a visionary, he has been a serial entrepreneur right out of Dawson College. Setting up businesses in the fields of dispatching, events, fashion and sales has enabled him to acquire many skills, the main one being his ability to be on the solution side of every issue.

✅ It doesn’t matter what situation a client is in, Flatliner will create a solution to ensure that your goods get to and from the Port and/or rails in Montreal on time and securely. With vast goals for the future and customer service in mind, he has plans to expand operations in order to provide services for all of our clients’ biggest issues.

🚛 If there is one thing that we have learned over the years, it is that drivers are extremely under appreciated and are not given the respect that they deserve each and every day.
