In heartfelt solidarity with everyone affected by the tragedy in Spain.

Asia Pacific accounts for around 40% of global business travel spending, with China ranking as the world’s second-largest market.

The insights shared by GBTA also highlight a broader development: globally, business travel spending is growing faster than the number of trips being taken.

For companies considering what each journey delivers, the arrangements beyond flights and hotels deserve attention, too.

A day of meetings might look straightforward on paper. In practice, it depends on the time needed to travel between locations, clear pickup arrangements, and changes reaching the right people.

When a meeting runs over, the next pickup may need to move. When a flight arrives late, the first appointment may need to be reconsidered. Each arrangement affects another.

At Limos4, we believe this coordination deserves a place in the wider business travel conversation, not just when something goes wrong.

A few highlights from An Evening Celebrating Partnerships, hosted by Limos4 during the Zurich Film Festival.

On September 25, we welcomed a small group of clients and media friends for a festival premiere, followed by an apéro riche at the NZZ Sky Lounge.

In our first year as an Official Cooperation Partner of the festival, the evening was a personal thank-you for the trust, shared standards and collaboration at the heart of these relationships.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. It was a pleasure to spend this evening together in Zurich.

Our first year as an Official Cooperation Partner of the ZURICH FILM FESTIVAL has come to a close, and we'd like to begin with a big thank you.

To the Zurich Film Festival team, thank you for your trust and close collaboration throughout ZFF 2026.

And to the chauffeurs, dispatchers, on-site coordinators and everyone at Limos4 involved: thank you for your dedication and the work that went into making it all happen.
Across the festival and its preparations, Limos4 completed 1,002 chauffeured rides, accounting for 2,542 passenger journeys.

During the 11-day festival, 59 chauffeurs and 33 vehicles supported transportation for guests connected to 85 films. On our busiest day alone, we completed 145 rides.
Behind these numbers was the daily work of coordinating airport arrivals, city transfers and hourly services, with our teams working closely together throughout the festival.

Nearly all rides during the festival were carried out in electric Mercedes vehicles, including the EQE, EQV and EQS models.

It has been a pleasure contributing to this year's Zurich Film Festival, and we look forward to continuing our partnership in 2027.

Limos4 wins Bronze at the Business Travel Awards Europe 2026!

Last night in London, we were recognised in the Business Travel Partner of the Year – Chauffeur or Taxi Provider category.

For the people who organize business travel, confidence comes from knowing the details are understood, someone is accountable and support is there when plans change. Delivering that confidence takes a shared commitment across our business and global partner network.

To our colleagues across Limos4, our chauffeurs and our partners: thank you for the expertise, care and dedication that made this achievement possible.
To our clients: thank you for trusting us with your travellers and your plans.

Thank you to The BTN Group and the judges for this recognition, and congratulations to our fellow award winners, Blacklane and TBR Global Chauffeuring.

We’re proud to share this moment with everyone who contributes to Limos4’s success.

On Friday evening in Zurich, we welcomed clients, partners and guests from the media for An Evening Celebrating Partnerships.

It began with a ZURICH FILM FESTIVAL premiere and continued at the NZZ Sky Lounge.

With Limos4 beginning its partnership with ZFF as an Official Cooperation Partner this year, it felt like a great occasion to spend time with some of the people we have worked with and got to know over the years, outside the usual meetings, calls and industry events.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Having so many people who matter to Limos4 together in one place made the evening particularly meaningful.

In two days, the 22nd ZURICH FILM FESTIVAL begins.

For Limos4, it will also mark our first festival as an Official Cooperation Partner. Our teams have spent the past months preparing for 11 days of guest transportation across a program where schedules can change by the minute.

We’re ready for Zurich.

Ground transportation is increasingly part of the travel technology conversation.

Limos4 is now included in The Business Travel Magazine Tech Finder, bringing together technology and services supporting today’s corporate travel programs.

For us, technology has a practical purpose: making complex ground transportation easier to manage, with greater visibility and control — from our Client Portal and API integrations to real-time ride status and the Limos4 app.

And yes, there is more to come on that last one soon.

Even the most sophisticated corporate travel software can't negotiate a police permit.

When moving C-suite executives into a pedestrian-only precinct where security protocols forbid walking through public streets, standard booking tools hit a real-world wall. Resolving the bottleneck requires local municipal permissions, police clearances, and specialized vehicle access, nuances no algorithm can execute on its own.

Scale that challenge to major international hubs like Beijing, and ex*****on demands hyper-local regulatory agility, complex mapping integrations, and ironclad data privacy standards for VIP guest lists.

True enterprise mobility combines intelligent corporate travel management platforms with proven on-the-ground operational capabilities that make complex logistics look effortless.

Dr. Vojkan Tasic (CEO, Limos4) joined Jeff LaFave (Managing Director, HQ Travel) to discuss what it really takes to coordinate high-stakes, highly secure corporate and event ground transportation across the globe.

For executive and personal assistants, the best ground transportation is the kind you do not have to manage twice.

Flight changes, meetings running over, new pickup points or added stops should not mean another round of calls and follow-ups.

The difference is proactive flight monitoring, real-time ride status, 24/7 support and one team responsible for keeping the journey on track.

When you manage an executive’s schedule, visibility matters, but so does knowing you do not have to chase every detail yourself.
