Britannia Coaches Ltd has proudly provided Home-to-School Transport Services for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) for over a decade. We are currently looking for a Passenger Assistant to join our dedicated team.

🧑‍✈️ Role Overview:

You will assist in the daily transport of special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and/or adults to and from schools or colleges. Working alongside the driver, you will ensure the journey is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for all passengers.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the care and supervision of passengers during transport.

- Support the driver in operating a range of company-supplied vehicles, including 8-seater people carriers and large wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

- Build positive, professional relationships with passengers and their parents/carers.

- Ensure a calm, patient, and empathetic presence, keeping children occupied and comfortable during journeys.
Work in a flexible, safe, and effective manner.

🔍 Requirements:

- KCC Passenger Assistant Badge is an advantage but not essential.

- Must be willing and able to pass an Enhanced DBS Check.

- A caring, patient, and reliable attitude.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
