THPH is getting close to the magical first 100 five star reviews on Google. We are the only local company that customers rate 100%.
I have just been reviewed by a recent customer over here visiting family in Lincolnshire, and whilst it’s easy to say “just doing my job”, I guess it’s important to be recognised for what you do.
I wanted to share this review as it’s fantastic and touching as well;

An absolutely exceptional experience with Tony and TH Private Hire!
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Tony and TH Private Hire. From the very beginning, the communication was fantastic—clear, friendly, reassuring, and incredibly professional. The entire pickup could not have been easier or smoother, and everything was handled so seamlessly that I never had to worry about a thing.
The drive itself was safe, smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. But what truly made the experience so special was Tony himself. He is one of those rare people whose genuine kindness, warmth, empathy, and caring nature immediately put you at ease. The conversation was so enjoyable that the journey seemed to fly by!
This was so much more than simply hiring a private driver. By the end of the journey, I genuinely felt as though I had made a new friend and a meaningful connection. Tony has an incredible way of making you feel comfortable, cared for, and valued—not just as a customer, but as a person.
It is rare to find someone who combines this level of professionalism and reliability with such genuine humanity. You can tell Tony truly cares about the people he looks after, and that personal touch makes TH Private Hire stand out from any ordinary transportation service.
If you are looking for someone dependable, professional, safe, punctual, compassionate, and genuinely wonderful to spend a journey with, I cannot recommend Tony and TH Private Hire highly enough. The entire experience, from communication and pickup to the journey itself, was absolutely first-class.
Thank you, Tony, for making what could have simply been a drive into such a genuinely lovely and memorable experience. I would use TH Private Hire again in a heartbeat and recommend Tony to anyone without hesitation. An easy five stars—and if I could give more I would!
