I thought about sneaking back into your feed without mentioning the blip but decided that would have felt too icky to me. I’m all about full transparency even if that does involve admitting that hypnobirthing still isn’t paying my bills 🤷🏻‍♀️

We are so incredibly fortunate to have the 🥹💕

But I was speaking to a mum-to-be on the walk I run this morning, who plans to give birth in hospital because that’s where she works and she feels comfortable there!

Your preferences matter, it’s not my job to push you towards a birth place which isn’t right for you.

If you’re pregnant, where are you planning to have your baby? Or if you’ve already given birth, tell me did it happen where you were expecting?

Remember I work in person and online, so even if your pregnant friend isn’t local it’s worth sharing this with them anyway! They deserve a great birth.
