We’ve got more updates to share — all training and data input has now been completed and successfully logged into the builder app. We’re still on track for a soft launch in the second week of July, which will allow us to iron out any issues, address concerns, and test reliability factors in a live environment.

Our aim during those first few weeks is to steadily onboard both owner-drivers and larger transport companies as we continue refining and improving the platform.

If you have any questions about the features the app will provide, feel free to ask — we’ll be happy to answer openly and honestly.

So where are we at, I hear you say?

We are officially registered on Companies House — so for those who thought we were just throwing a random name out there, think again!

Here’s where things currently stand:

We’ve started building the onboarding system, highlighting the areas we aim to cover and entering all tariff pricing.
Driver onboarding is now underway, including driver details, vehicle details, and much more behind the scenes.
We’ve secured the easy-to-remember number 01554 740000, which is expected to go live for incoming calls around 29/05/26.
The passenger app is currently scheduled to launch shortly after 09/07/26, although this remains dependent on the developers completing everything on time.

We want to be completely transparent — this will be a steady rollout to begin with, and there will likely be some technical glitches during launch. That’s normal with any new platform. After the first week or two, we’ll begin ramping things up and opening opportunities for owner-drivers to come on board, helping us meet demand and finally give people the chance to say goodbye to Uber in town.

This is only the beginning 🚖

We are aware of a few anonymous comments and assumptions being made regarding our business. We would like to confirm that we have instructed an accountant to complete the registration process and carry out all necessary checks required.

We understand there may be some negativity or concerns, but we kindly ask people to refrain from jumping to conclusions. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long certain applications and approvals may take. What we can confirm is that we are following the correct procedures and are working closely with Carmarthenshire County Council to ensure we are operating fully within licensing regulations and guidelines.
