Agriculture has been at the heart of R. Leigh Loggerheads Ltd for over 90 years. Alongside our transport operations, we continue to operate a traditional beef farming enterprise from our family farm in Loggerheads, maintaining the agricultural heritage that has shaped the business for four generations.

As farmers ourselves, we understand the dedication, hard work and responsibility required to care for livestock and manage the land.

Our practical experience in farming plays an important role in our transport business. It provides us with a genuine understanding of the challenges faced by today’s agricultural industry and helps us deliver services that are built around the needs of farmers and rural businesses.

Part Time Tanker Driver Wanted

Job will be driving farm collection milk tankers and delivering to local dairies.
10 hrs a day 2-3 days a week.
Starts between 6:30 and 8:00.
Some weekends will be required.
No nights out.
Class 2 license and CPC required.
Class 1 would be a bonus.
Experience preferred but not essential.
Full training and uniform provided.
Weekly pay.
Weekdays £162
Saturday £172
Sunday £187

One 8 Wheeler and one artic driver required.
📅 Positions available immediately

🥛 The Job:
• Collecting milk from local farms
• Delivering to local dairies
• 5 on / 3 off rota
• Job & knock – based on a 10-hour day
• Start times between 6:30am – 8:00am

✅ What You’ll Need:
• Class 2 (Category C) licence minimum
• Class 1 (C+E) if applying for artic
• Valid CPC
• Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided

💷 Pay Rates (Weekly Pay):
8 Wheeler
• £147 – Weekdays
• £156 – Saturday
• £170 – Sunday
Artic
• £152 – Weekdays
• £161 – Saturday
