The annual celebration saw members of The APC’s 100+ depots and national hub come together to award the achievements and professional successes of individuals and depots over the past year.

This year’s event also celebrated the 30th anniversary of The APC, marking three decades of exceptional support for SMEs and outstanding service in the UK’s overnight delivery sector!

With Mental Health Awareness Week coming to a close, we wanted to highlight charities such as who exist to provide support and encouragement and the motivation to succeed for those currently facing or recovering from mental ill-health issues. Aiming to achieve this by providing opportunities to participate in a wellbeing and non-contact boxing programme, supported by a need led wrap around service.

The Frank Bruno Foundation directly supports participants in building self-esteem, confidence, resilience and discipline and in applying such skills to their daily lives.

Offering a variety of mental health and wellbeing ‘Round by Round Programmes’, helps to support those in the community struggling with early stage mental ill health. The Frank Bruno Foundation combine non-contact boxing training along with mental health workshops, helping clients to become self confident and able to increase their own mental wellbeing.

Xtra Express Logistics are thrilled to continue to support The Frank Bruno Foundation with donations, however we urge those who can to support this foundation too.

With every penny raised, Royal British Legion Industries can provide safe, warm housing and ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to gain employment, regardless of health conditions or disability.
