Good morning all

Manchester Airport T2 Departures:

🔵 From 17th November 2025, Manchester Airport has made a small change to where we can drop you off.

🔵 All concession holders now need to use the ground-floor forecourt for drop-offs, instead of the upper level.

🔵 After we drop you off, you’ll just need to take the lift up one floor – there’s one in the car park vestibule and another inside the terminal.
Don’t worry, your driver will point you in the right direction.

🔵 If you’d like your driver to come inside with you to help with luggage, they’ll need to park first, which may involve an extra charge.

🔵 The airport has made this change to help ease congestion on the upper level and reduce queues around the airport and the M56.

(Concession holders are licensed taxis and private hire drivers who pay an annual fee for airport access.)
