⚠️🚌 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 | 𝟐𝟑 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞

**UPDATE 16:45 - the road has now reopened and we are back to running our normal 23 route**

Due to a tree blocking the road at Dollar Lodges, the B913 Devon Road is currently closed.

As a result, our 23 service is currently diverting via Muckhart until further notice.

Passengers may experience minor delays while the diversion remains in place, and we would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates when the road reopens and the service returns to its normal route.

🤝 Thank you for your generous support over the years Councillor Richard Watters! Everything you do to help us keep our communities connected is amazing and very much appreciated, thank you!

Delighted to congratulate Glenfarg Community Transport on being named UK Community Transport Organisation of the Year—a fantastic and well-deserved national recognition for a truly community-led service.

Their work makes a real difference across Kinross-shire and Glenfarg, helping people stay connected, access services, and feel part of their community.

I was also very pleased that, following a request I made in the chamber, the Provost has agreed to host a PKC Civic Reception to recognise the volunteers, drivers and everyone involved in this outstanding organisation.

A brilliant achievement—and a shining example of community effort at its very best. 👏
