NTL is a seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and excellent attention to detail. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
* Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
* Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis.
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in accounting software like SQL.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
