One thing I've learned from the wedding industry... the details matter. But not for the reasons you might think.

Beautiful stationery, selected flowers, a well designed table, the perfect venue. They all certainly shape the experience. But what makes the day memorable is how the details work together to tell guests they belong, in that moment.... and how happy you are that they are with you.

Honestly, that's why Dahlia Darling & Co was born. It's not just about making things beautiful. It's about understanding the people behind it all. The couple, their people, and the people working together to make it magical. Anticipating what will help the logistics of the day, and creating a space where the couple and their family and friends can feel fully submersed and present.

And sometimes the most intentional choice is making sure the wedding serves the people experiencing it, not just the plan on paper. It's not there to impress everyone. It just needs to feel undeniably like the couple themselves.

That's always the goal. thoughtful, intentional, and welcoming. and beautiful in the ways that still feel like you.

Hiring - Part-Time CDL Bus Driver

We're growing our driver roster in order for Dahlia Darling & Co to grow too. We're looking to add 1-2 reliable, professional part-time CDL drivers to our team.

We currently have two amazing part-time drivers and we'd love to build our roster to be 3-4 part-time drivers who will be dedicated to Dahlia Darling & Co's team.

We're looking for someone who is CDL licensed and has the ability and knowledge to drive a 5 speed manual transmission with 2 stroke Detroit engine.

If you have questions about what a typical weekend for Dahlia looks like or interested in applying, please send us a message or an email.

i'd say we hit the jackpot 🎲🪩🚲☀️

Wowzer what a day!! Bus Guys LLC helped with shuttles all day and so many Ragbrai goers and support vehicle drivers gave us many thanks for this. Everyone was incredibly kind and grateful for our driver, Sheila, and for the bus.

Dahlia - the bus - made her deput at her first ever Ragbrai and sooo many people stopped to talk to us about the renovation process and compliment us on our hard work. Lots of photos were taken, and attempts at hiring anyone with a CDL who could drive the manual transmission 😂😂 Of course her signature merch and bus logo were a hit too and we had several ask if they could buy something (fail on my end because I've only done limited time merch drops and today there was definitely an interest)

The kids sold a few waters, but most importantly Z and I told them it was a good life skill for them to experience today. Chatting with folks, giving back change, and serving others - even if it is in a small way. Although they took many breaks inside of the bus 😆

Grateful for the community of Ragbrai and the volunteers who brought this to our community. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello or check out the bus! What a wonderful opportunity! 🥰☀️🪩🎲🩷

If you stopped for a photo - we'd love to see 'em! :)
