Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female Philippine national with strong administrative and coordination skills. She will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle office administration tasks, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Manage office supplies and inventory.
• Handle HR-related administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment.
• Support finance and procurement teams with invoicing and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Female candidate of Philippine nationality (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar role within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Familiarity with HR and finance administrative tasks.
