I was recently in Sicily, Italy, where my family originated from. Some people don’t know, but only half my family live in Australia, the other half in Italy ✨🇮🇹
I was able to observe a different version of myself now done a lot of inner work since the last time I visited 6 years ago. So everything looked and felt different for me.
The biggest observation was the Mother. The Mother in its whole divinity. I saw the Mother wound, feminity, generational trauma & patterning and it was beautiful to observe, listen and interpret in the best way that I could.
So I wrote a blog on it.
From new age feminine to traditional feminine from stories of my mums childhood to asking my mum questions I never asked before. There’s a little bit of history on how we got to Australia as well ✨🤍
My key takeouts:
✨ Always lead from a place of compassion for others, you really never know their whole story.
✨ Don’t always listen to modern age anything, it’s often so misinterpreted. Listen to what you believe.
✨ Everyone really is doing the best that they can with the tools that they have.
✨ We all have our own path & purpose don’t jusge others when they are on theirs.
As my cousin Adelene Conte would say: we need all types of people for the world to go round. You don’t have to lover everyone’s path, you don’t even have to accept it but if you can have compassion for it, that changes the whole game.
- much love x

I will say, I have worked on this one a fair bit so it perhaps wasn't the wound so much the showed but more the wound I see in the Mother. One so deeply engrained for....
