Dealer tip: the 5-Point Verified Handoff

Before you release a car to a driver:
1. Photo of the carrier's truck and trailer, including license plates
2. Photo of the driver's valid license
3. Photo of the driver holding their license
4. Confirm everything against the info FCT sent you
5. Email all photos to [email protected] before the car is released

On Guaranteed Delivery Rate loads, it's what keeps your vehicle protected under our theft coverage guarantee. The handoff must be completed on each individual shipment, and the completed handoff must reach us by email on the same day as pickup. Picking up from an auction or another location? You arrange with that location to complete the handoff and email it to us that day. Coverage is for fraudulent theft and needs a police report within 48 hours. Terms apply.
