Red Stag, LLC, a milk-hauling leader in the trucking industry, is seeking an experienced Lead mechanic for its new location in Harrisonburg, VA. Your role as a lead mechanic is crucial to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our fleet and the safety of our drivers.

Qualifications:
Diesel Engine Experience: At least 3+ years
Valid Class C Driver's License Required - Class A a Plus!
Ability to lead a team of technicians and manage their Duties
Excellent Organizational and Diagnostic skills
Must be able to use Microsoft excel, word and outlook
ASE / Other Mechanic Certifications Preferred
Must have personal hand tools; specialty tools will be provided

Job Description:
