Majority of the time it’s not the broker fault that you’re waiting for your carrier detention pay to be approved. The broker is waiting just like you for the shipper to respond. Regardless, don’t let it slide, don’t give up. Email them, call them, stay on them so they can stay on those shippers. Get what your carriers deserve. 🤞🏽🙌🏽💪🏽

As a dispatcher you have to go above and beyond. You don’t have to settle with calling brokers, carriers/warehouses, etc. Go to them, talk to them face to face, show them your carrier credentials in person. There’s no limit to ways of improving your business and getting the best for your carrier.
