DETAILS:
6hr daily shifts
Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) time depends on schedule
(Pay is based on experience)
Candidate will be responsible for partial Accounts Receivable (creating and submitting invoice’s) maintaining and organizing drivers tickets, front office receptionist, assist office manager with requested duties, in charge of getting required information from our customers and vendors, etc.
Must have some previous experience in oilfield invoicing
Previous administrative/receptionist experience
2 years experience in Quickbooks & Open Invoice
Computer literacy
Customer service
Communication skills (written and verbal)
Reliable & Professional
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft, Outlook
Attention to Detail
Bilingual (preferred)
