Doubles/Triples Endorsements (Required)

Current Medical Card
No DUI, Misdemeanor, Felony within 10 yrs

Pay52 per mile outside the city within a 75-275 mile range outside the city
75 per mile inside the city of Houston (0-75 miles )

Schedule (Rotating Weekends OFF)
6 days a week
8-10 PM-AM
