Position Overview:
We are seeking a Dispatcher to manage daily loads through Central Dispatch, coordinate drivers, and ensure vehicles are transported safely and on time. The Dispatcher will serve as the communication hub between drivers, dealerships, and customers.
Responsibilities:
• Post, find, and assign loads using Central Dispatch
• Negotiate and secure profitable loads
• Dispatch and support drivers with clear instructions
• Track progress, resolve issues, and provide delivery updates
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork
Qualifications:
• Prior dispatch or logistics experience preferred
• Knowledge of Central Dispatch a strong plus
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask under pressure
