⚠️⚠️I see a lot of general contractors that are being recommended to level Mobile Homes.⚠️⚠️

Please make sure that these contractors are licensed installers with the Louisiana Manufactured Housing Commission. They should be State Certified & Licensed with Louisiana. Most out of state Mobile Home movers, installers, transporters, and regular general contractors are NOT licensed with the LMHC or the LASFM.

The Housing Commission takes this very seriously. They are in your corner. If an installer is not licensed with Louisiana, they won’t be able to help if something were to happen or if someone takes advantage of you.

We’ve had way too many people call us because they were taken advantage of and/or charged for services that were done incorrectly. 😩

*Also, keep in mind, if you hire a company that deals with homes and not mobile homes, you will likely pay double, even triple what a mobile home company charges.*💸💸

Great people. Was scheduled for next week but they managed to get me in today. Very professional and did an amazing job leveling my home. I recommend Poissot for all your moving or leveling needs. Some people are a little cheaper but remember you get what you pay for. My home was not leveled right the first time but using Poissot I know it is leveled right this time
