What is sad to me is people are letting agenda interfere with Justice. I would bet my entire home that if this happened to someone protesting the lock-downs during covid the liberals would praise the officer for saving hundreds of lives killing a maskless man and conservatives would want a public hanging. The agenda is a liberal d**e wants open borders and we focus on that rather than the fact that ICE use of force manual instructs them on page 6 never to place themselves in front of s vehicle and Estate of Starks v. Enyart (7th Cir. 1993)

Here is the use of force of policy for ICE agents. They explicitly state agents are not to place themselves in front of a vehicle at any time.
That is on page 6.
That is a fact.

He broke protocol not once but twice and created the dangerous situation
