🚨 On Call After Hours for Emergency Rides 🚨

Last night, CHTA - Transportation, LLC answered an after-hours call from the Lapeer Police Department and provided a safe one-way transport from Lapeer to Detroit.

What counts as an emergency ride?
• Stranded somewhere with no way home
• Jail release pickup
• A mom-to-be whose ride didn't show and needs an emergency ride to the hospital to deliver her baby
• Hospital drop-off or pickup
• Ran out of gas, a flat tire, or a dead car battery
• A designated driver after a night out

Open to police departments, agencies, facilities, and families.

How it works: Call or text and tell me the nature of the emergency — I confirm every emergency ride before committing. After-hours emergency rides include a $10 after-hours emergency fee added to the regular fare, and all fees are paid before the ride starts by tap-to-pay card via Jim.com/a/chta-transportation-llc

Regular hours: Tue–Thu 9 AM–8 PM · Fri 9 AM–5 PM · Sun 9 AM–2 PM
📞 Call or text (810) 588-1087

👑 Thank You! 👑

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every individual, family member, and friend who came out to support CHTA Transportation and our Royal Carriage station at the 30th Annual Kiwanis Fantasy Forest!

To my family and friends who helped me set up, handed out treats, and made the day run smoothly — you are the best, and I couldn't have done it without you.

And thank you to all the families who stopped by Station #27 to say hello. Meeting you all meant the world to me. 💛

If you took any photos with us, I'd love to see them — drop them in the comments!

🚗 New at CHTA - Transportation, LLC 🚗

💚🩷Caring Hearts Touching Angels💙🧡
I’m happy to share two new options to help make transportation more affordable and easier for my customers and clients:

✅ Reimbursement-ready paperwork
For medical appointment rides, I can provide a receipt/invoice and a mileage log at $1.25 per mile for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. One-way = Miles × $1.25. Two-way = Miles × $1.25 × 2. CHTA - Transportation, LLC is private pay and does not bill insurance directly.

✅ Payment plans for fixed-income clients
If you are on a fixed income and need help spreading out the cost, payment plans are available upon request and are reviewed case by case.
Booking note: A $15 non-refundable deposit per booked day holds your booking, is due at booking, and is deducted from your quoted fare. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of pickup unless we agree to a payment plan in writing.

💲Payment methods accepted: Cash, All major credit and debit cards with tap to pay (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), or check/money order payable to CHTA - Transportation, LLC.

🗒️Please note: My vehicle is not wheelchair accessible at this time, so I can assist riders who are able to ride in a regular vehicle without a wheelchair lift or ramp.

📲Call or text (810) 588-1087, or message me here on Facebook to ask about a ride.
