ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Client Vehicle-for Hire (VFH) (""the Vehicle-for Hire (VFH)") has a ZERO TOLERANCE for DRUG &
ALCOHOL while driving that will address the vital interest In maintaining a safe, healthy, and efficient working environment. Being under the influence of a drug or alcohol on the job poses serious safety and health risks to the user and to all those who work with the user. The use, sale, purchase, transfer, distribution, manufacture or possession of an illegal drug in the workplace, and the use, possession, or being under the influence of alcohol also poses unacceptable risks for safe, healthy, and efficient operations.
The Vehicle-for Hire (VFH) recognizes its obligations to its passengers for the provision of services that are free of the influence of illegal drugs and alcohol, and will endeavor through this policy to provide drug-and alcohol-free services.
The Vehicle-for Hire (VFH) further expresses its Intent through this policy to comply with federal and state and Jefferson Parish rules, regulations or laws that relate to the maintenance of a workplace free from illegal drugs and alcohol.
As a condition of operating this company (VFH), all drivers are required to abide by the terms of this policy and notify passengers that they can report drivers whom passengers suspect have violated the ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY (ZTP). To notify the (PMZ) Department of property maintenance zoning/quality of life of the Parish of Jefferson Louisiana

Our company affirms its policy of equal opportunity pursuant to state and federal laws.
Harassment or intimidation of a occupants, guest or driver because of a person's race, color, religion, s*x, national origin, familial status, source of income, disability, s*xual orientation, or gender identity, is specifically prohibited and may be grounds for termination of employment and/or the arrest of the occupants. Harassment and intimidation includes abusive, foul or threatening language or behavior.
Issues of discriminatory treatment, harassment, or intimidation on any of these bases should immediately be reported and substantiated, prompt action will be taken to remedy the action taken.
This policy will comply with Title VI and VII (Civil Rights Act of 1964) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 USCS &12101, etc. seq.)
