Tuesday Travel Tip: Traveling can be a source of stress - to varying degrees and for many reasons. If you go into your travel expecting delays and gate changes, and calculating the fact that luggage handling issues occur, it helps make the process - however annoying - a little more tolerable. Be prepared and pack a travel pillow and a sweatshirt in case you have an extended delay is a good idea. If you have a medical issue, keep in mind preparing for unexpected hours-long delays so you are not left "stuck" or in danger. Leave yourself plenty of time to get to your destination. Don't cut it to the last minute, if possible. Stay hydrated and focus on your destination - not the time getting there.
