WELL DONE! If you are unfamiliar with our option of ordering well-done, please know how IMPORTANT this is. Well done is a very common request and we promote it alot, for any pizza. It provides extra crispiness of the cheese, crust and toppings and provides a texture and flavor that a lot of people desire. One of the unique aspects of the incredible Fricano's Pizza is they don't burn, they just get darker brown, shrink up a bit and are slightly drier. An extra amount of the Maillard reaction occurs (think Unami or Caramelization) and the extra flavor and crispy texture drives people wild. It's increasingly being requested by our pizza fans and connoisseurs. We even have a customer who likes his EBA triple well done!
