Reliance is here to serve the needs of those requiring home care services in the community so that you are able to stay in your own home. We want to provide assistance to you and/or your loved ones so that you don't have to be hospitalized or placed in a long-term care facility. The owner is a registered nurse with a MSN in FNP. She has been a nurse for nearly 18 years. We provide CNAs (certified nursing assistants) and PCAs (personal care assistants) to provide you with needed services to make you comfortable and satisfied in your home. The agency has been in business for nearly 2 years now. We service surrounding counties. We accept Medicaid, managed care, private insurance and private care. We provide personal care services to include: dressing, bathing, transferring, toileting, ambulation, feeding and light housekeeping needs. We perform small errands. We are pleased to announce that we now offer transportation services. We are pleased to safely and securely transport you to necessary visits as needed.
