Upfront costs are one of the biggest barriers to going zero-emission – but for small fleets and owner-operators in California, there’s funding available to help.

California's Innovative Small E-Fleet (ISEF) Pilot Project Set-Aside has over $30 million available to support small fleets in adopting through flexible options like all-inclusive leases, rentals, and truck-as-a-service — helping to reduce the cost of switching to ZEVs while supporting cleaner air for your community.

Standard HVIP also has over $80 million available for fleets of all sizes, with point-of-sale discounts on HVIP-eligible zero-emission trucks and buses.
