Employee Appreciation Night – Game 1 ⚾️

At Champagne Limousine Service, we know that our success is built on the dedication of our incredible team. From our drivers and dispatchers to everyone working behind the scenes, it takes a group effort to provide the level of service our clients have come to expect.

Tonight was Game 1 of our Employee Appreciation outings, and we were able to spend the evening with about half of our team and their families enjoying a great night at the ballpark. The rest of our team will be joining us at another game soon so everyone has an opportunity to be recognized and celebrated.

We are grateful for the professionalism, flexibility, and commitment our employees bring every day. Whether it’s a 3:00 AM airport run, a wedding, a corporate event, or a last-minute transportation request, our team consistently goes above and beyond.

A great transportation experience doesn't end when our clients leave the United States.

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to Permansio Deluxe Getaways for their outstanding assistance with one of our groups while traveling abroad.

Our passengers were traveling with a large amount of luggage and needed seamless coordination from the moment they arrived at the port. The Permansio team met our group dockside, assisted with luggage handling, coordinated the transfer, and ensured everyone arrived safely and efficiently at Dubrovnik Airport.

What stood out most was their professionalism and communication. Their team remained in constant contact with our dispatch office and our lead passenger throughout the process, providing updates and ensuring every detail was handled flawlessly.

At Champagne Limousine, our service goes far beyond providing professional transportation throughout the Lehigh Valley and Poconos.

We also assist our clients with transportation arrangements while they travel across the United States and around the world.

This morning, we coordinated transportation and specialized airport assistance services in Athens, Greece for clients traveling with a large group and a significant amount of luggage. Since it was their first time traveling through Athens International Airport, they were concerned about navigating customs, immigration, baggage claim, and locating their ground transportation.

To help make the arrival seamless and stress-free, we arranged MAAS (Meet and Assist Services). Upon arrival, a dedicated airport agent met the passengers directly at the gate and personally escorted them through the entire arrival process; from customs and immigration to baggage claim and directly to their awaiting transportation. Special thank you to Jetset Services for providing excellent service and communication for our clients.
