💚Welcome to Northern Delights Bakery & Confections! 💚

After much dreaming and planning, I'm excited to finally begin sharing a little piece of our Wild Moonhollow Farm kitchen with you!

As I get started, I'll be offering a limited number of pre-orders while I get started and garner interest. Thank you for supporting this little dream and following along on the journey!

🍌 Current Offerings:
✨ Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (with milk chocolate & white chocolate chips) — $13 per loaf (photo shown)
✨ Banana Nut Bread (with pecans) — $13 per loaf (same delicious banana bread as the photo but with pecans instead of chocolate!)

I will be baking just 6 regular size loaves of each flavor to start, for a total of 12 loaves available. Loaf size for these regular size loaves is: 5.25"x9"x2.75" (1.5 Quarts)
(mini loaves will be available in the future)

📍 Pickup locations:
• Fred Meyer Soldotna (back parking area)
• Sterling Three Bears parking lot

📦 Shipping within Alaska is available for an additional packaging and shipping fee (message for details).

✨ More flavors and seasonal treats will be coming in the future, but for now I'm focusing on small batches made with care.

📝 How to Order
• Comment on this post or send me a message to reserve your loaf.
• Pre-orders are first come, first served.
• Payment is required when ordering, with sales tax included in price.
• Invoices will be sent through Square.

⏰ Pre-orders close Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

🍞 Fresh loaves will be available for pickup Wednesday, June 17, 2026, after 5:00 PM.

Hello everyone! We have immediate availability this week for rides! We are accepting new Non Emergency Medical Transportation clients (EPSDT program, Medicaid Travel Vouchers, Other Vendors for NEMT), taxi clients, deliveries (food/grocery).
For those who are not familiar with TNT Taxi, we are a reliable, insured and Medicaid certified provider for transportation services based in Soldotna and can help with rides to Homer all the way to Seward. We also can do rides to Anchorage with advance arrangements. We welcome last minute rides or prescheduled trips!
