Quality Depot Solutions (QDS®) is expanding its intermodal capabilities with a new depot location in New Orleans, LA, strategically located near the Port of New Orleans, major rail yards, and I-10 to support efficient transportation and logistics operations throughout the region.

“We are incredibly excited to open this facility and offer our services to the New Orleans market,” shared Joe Acevedo, VP - QDS. “We have a talented team in place that is ready to support the transportation industry and have invested in first-class equipment to support our operations. We look forward to providing this additional business solution for our existing customers and welcoming new customers.”

The new facility offers staging, heating, tracking, inventory deployment, inspection services, and support for ISO tank export loading needs, further strengthening QDS's growing network across North America.

Summer has another name in North America: construction season. Construction crews are working across the continent to keep our roads safe by improving infrastructure. It is every drivers’ responsibility to look out for construction workers.

QC is proud to spotlight Cynthia Harvey, Sr. Director - OSHA Compliance & Responsible Care, based in the Exton, PA office.

Since joining our team in 2005, Cynthia has been instrumental in advancing safety and regulatory compliance across QC, and strengthening our safety culture. Her collaborative approach and commitment to supporting teams throughout the organization have made a lasting impact over the past two decades.

As QC’s Responsible Care Coordinator since 2007, Cynthia has played a key role in promoting safety excellence and fostering a culture built on collaboration across departments. She values the opportunity to work alongside drivers, supervisors, and leaders throughout the organization while supporting QC’s expanding businesses.

Bruce Gacsal, Sr. Director - Security, shared, “Cynthia is an incredible industry expert, phenomenal speaker, and a true asset to our organization. Quality Carriers is proud to recognize Jessie Carnley, Manager - Transload at Terminal 128 in Fort Worth, TX.

Jessie joined QC 15 years ago as a Transloader. He initially saw the position as a temporary opportunity to support his growing family. At the time, he had never heard of Quality Carriers and knew little about transloading. But what began as a short-term job quickly turned into a long-term career.

Over the years, Jessie has grown alongside the company. He advanced into leadership and played a role in the startup of QC's transload facility in Pasadena, TX. He credits much of his career satisfaction to watching the company's continued growth, particularly within the Transload division.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at QC, Jessie shared that the company's constant growth and evolution make every day exciting and create opportunities for employees to build meaningful careers.

We are grateful for Jessie’s 15 years of dedication and leadership and look forward to his continued success with the QC team.

Quality Carriers is proud to spotlight Darryl Warner, Director of Regional Training, for his leadership in advancing safety, compliance, and training excellence across the organization.

Since joining Quality Carriers in September 2011, Darryl has built a strong reputation as a results-driven leader in transportation safety and workforce development. He oversees driver training across multiple centers and leads a team of 12 instructors throughout the United States and Canada. Darryl has helped evolve Quality Carriers’s training approach into a continuous, field-supported model that connects classroom learning with terminal reinforcement and real-world application, strengthening driver confidence and consistency in cargo tank operations.

Bruce Gacsal, Sr. Director - Security, stated, “Darryl lives and breathes Quality Carriers, and his passion for safety and training is evident in everything he does. He has taken our training team to an entirely new level, earning recognition across the industry and from federal agencies.
