Greyhound Bus Booked tickets for my driver and his spouse! Paid $266 for each ticket. 34 hour trip from Meridian MS to Alexandria MN. Bus makes it to Minneapolis MN station and tells them ”they don’t have a driver/bus from Minneapolis MN to Alexandria!! Driver notifies me and I immediately contact Greyhound Customer Service who refused to patch me through to a Supervisor and actually hung up the phone! In addition to making this post to inform the public. I will also be contacting an attorney to facilitate a resolution.
