To get the most out of your dumpster rental, load larger items carefully. Break down bulky items.
# # # Proper Disposal of Hazardous Items
Avoid placing hazardous waste—like paint cans, cleaning solutions, or tires—into the dumpster, as this could lead to additional charges. These items are often not accepted at landfills, and you may incur extra fees.

If you have recyclable items, such as appliances or electronics, place them at the front or rear of the container for easier sorting.
# # # Mattresses and Box Springs
Note that landfills charge a $25 disposal fee for each mattress and box spring, regardless of size. Please inform us if your order includes these items.
# # # Dumpster Rental Terms & Conditions
By accepting the dumpster, you agree to the following terms:
1. **Payment Due on Delivery**: Initial payment is required upon or before service receipt. Any additional fees for overweight or other issues must be settled within 24 hours of container removal.

2. **Possible Additional Fees**:
- **Unacceptable Items**: Fees will apply for prohibited items found at the landfill.
- **Overloaded or Overweight Dumpster**: A fee of $99 per ton will be charged if weight exceeds the agreed tonnage (2 tons), with a maximum of 5 tons. An additional surcharge of $125 applies if weight exceeds 4 tons.
- **Improperly Loaded Dumpster**: If the dumpster is unsafe to transport due to improper loading, a charge of $50 per man hour will apply for unloading or reloading.
- **Blocked Dumpster**: A $75 trip charge will be incurred if the driver cannot deliver or pick up the dumpster due to obstructions.
- **Late Return**: A $45 per day charge will apply after the rental period.
3. **Use of Dumpsters**: While you have the dumpster, you agree not to:
- Place prohibited items inside.
- Overfill the dumpster.
- Light fires in the dumpster.
- Load extremely heavy materials like concrete or dirt.
4. **Prohibited Items**: We cannot accept paint, chemicals, or hazardous waste. Nothing should extend beyond the top of the dumpster.
5. **Damage**: While JABA Services takes care during delivery and pickup, we are not responsible for damage to weak or broken driveways, walkways, or any property. We will only drive over grass if directed but cannot be liable for any damage to septic systems, wells, or sprinklers. You are responsible for any damage to the dumpster while it is in your possession. If using a skid steer for loading, please exercise extreme caution.
