My beautiful Granddaughter Clara arrived September 20th 2024. I have been busy developing my new Diagnostics business & working in the Family Renovations business ‘Stanier Cottages’ since taking a break from my Transport Business NEDS. However all of this has come to a halt as I have just undergone the first of two Knee Replacement surgeries. I’m sure at some point I will be back out there again and thanks to all my customer base that still keep in contact it means a lot.
I wish you all a Happy Christmas and New Year. Nicki

Thank you to all my amazing clients over the past 3 years. I am currently taking an indefinite break from NEDS Horse Transport to concentrate on my other family business ventures and to develop my new business, NEDS Diagnostic Services. I will also be spending time with my family and eagerly await the arrival of my first Grandchild. Thank you so much to all of you that I have had the privilege to meet & Transport for.

Just horrific!!! Please be vigilant and always obey the Motorway signage and any obvious Hazards ahead !!! I do a lot of rescue work with ERS & PRP and although motorways are always closed during a horse transfer to my vehicle the waiting situation is just the same as in this incident!! Such an awful accident which vigilance would have avoided!

A driver has been sentenced after a horse was killed in a motorway accident https://www.yourhorse.co.uk/news/driver-sentenced-after-horse-killed-in-m1-collision/

Super little 3 year old Fell mare was transported for the very first time today ‘Lammerside Busy Lizzie’ leaving the Lammerside Stud in Kirkby Stephen & Travelled to Dumfries, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. She was a beautiful young mare, paused a little loading, thought about it then just went straight on…travelling in a regular partition space with the Kick boards up so she was in a comfy soft safe padded cell essentially. She cross tied with no issues as she was very well handled at the stud so that was great preparation for her👌. She was pawing and a little restless at the start of the journey but the lane was bumpy with cattle grids and the Road to the M6 was hilly so she spent the first 20 minutes finding her travel legs and fathoming it out for herself. Once we hit the M6 Motorway and the long straight A75 she was like a seasoned traveller.. she really had got it 👌. She snoozed a little, ate a little and stood like a rock for the rest of the journey. What an absolute delight of a youngster she was ! I wish her new owner all the very best with her for the future. And thank her for her time leaving such a kind appreciative Review
