Please be advised that the early morning bus for Choma lusaka scheduled for 3:00 AM is not available until further notice

In the meantime, passengers are encouraged to use the next available bus departing at 12 hrs, which will be in service as usual.

Subject: Public Apology Bus Fleet 02 Breakdown Near Choma Toll Plaza

We wish to sincerely apologize to all our valued passengers and stakeholders for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected breakdown of our Bus Fleet 02 after Choma Toll Plaza.

This unfortunate incident, which occurred on 16th May, was beyond our control. In line with our commitment to safety and customer care, we swiftly relocated passengers to a nearby station that provided clean water and a secure environment, where they waited for daybreak. Alternative transport was organized to ensure they continued their journey safely.

We deeply regret this disruption and understand the frustration it may have caused. We are currently conducting a full review of the incident and will implement necessary measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
