About the Role
Frontways Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize our logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in cross-border transportation, container clearance, and supply chain management.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in logistics management.
A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of customs clearance, freight forwarding, and regional logistics operations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage cross-border operations and coordinate with partners in Zambia and neighboring countries.
Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Manage container clearance, car carrier coordination, and abnormal load handling.
Supervise and mentor logistics staff to achieve operational excellence.
Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
