On the 25th of August we received a bad review, which was strange as we haven't worked since March because of covid 19.
So we felt it was time to do some research.
We discovered that the person who wrote the review is Agustin Caldwell from Buenos Aires .
Who studied hotelier and Tourism at university in Buenos Aires.
He works for Signature tours Argentina which is a competitor company to us.
So this company SIGNATURE TOURS ARGENTINA feels that rather than raise their game and offer a good service that they will just muddy the water and try to bring everyone down to their level..

John was excellent!
TripAdvisor review: Private Buenos Aires city tour by car.
John was an excellent guide. His knowledge base was broad and his explanation of history, politics, culture and more was exciting and thorough. John was able to help us understand connections the impact of history on the modern era in ways we could never have understood without his guidance. Dark Years Tour - Excellent History Lesson
Our guide, John, collected us from the ship port and took us with our luggage to the Park Tower hotel. Then we began our tour of Buenos Aires with relation to the Dark Years from the early 70s to the early 80s. This was the period of turmoil in Argentinian politics when people were being swept off the streets, imprisoned, tortured and then murdered.
We covered the Memorial Wall which resembles the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, DC. The names of the missing are on the wall. Most ages between 25 and 49 year olds. Some women were pregnant and had a story of their own.
We learned of the March of the Missing taking place every Thursday in Plaza de Mayo, and visited the ESMA torture camp.
Recoleta Cemetary was also on the list of places visited with a story of those buried there.
This is a MUST tour for history buffs.
