Anything that resembles a ‘blue’ light must be removed (or covered), and should also be disabled.
Any wording with the word POLICE - or any current logos or crests should be covered - (not a legal requirement but common sense and can save ourselves, you (the client) and the police some grief should anything happen).
Sirens, Headlight-Flashers and ‘Rear Reds’ are also illegal and are disabled when on a public road. If our vehicles are being transported on a trailer or truck, none of the above is required.
* Note: If the vehicles are being used for Film & TV use, then provided the appropriate permission has been granted from the local police where the filming is taking place, then the use of Police vehicle can be permitted (with lights and sirens etc.) - we would need to see this proof before the vehicle is delivered
