Be Fit Food, in collaboration with Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds, conducted a six-week trial to tackle the nutritional challenges faced by people working in trucking and warehousing.

Participants received dietitian-designed meals and personalised dietary support, with the aim of enhancing their health markers, mood, energy and overall wellbeing.

Key results:
• Average weight loss was 3.28 kg
• Reduced blood pressure in 50% of participants
• Average waist circumference decreased by 1.47 cm
• 75% of participants reported positive changes in wellbeing

This trial highlights the potential benefits of a structured, dietitian-led meal program for people working in our sector.
