We are currently seeking a **hands-on and experienced Operations Supervisor** to join our growing transport and logistics operation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front.

🔹 About the Role
You will oversee daily transport and warehouse operations, manage drivers and staff, and ensure freight is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day transport and warehouse operations
• Manage driver performance, compliance, and route planning
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on schedule
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
• Monitor KPIs including DIFOT and POD performance
• Assist with loading/unloading (hands-on role)
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve issues

🔹 About You
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong route planning and transport coordination background
• Forklift licence (required)
• HR licence (highly regarded)
• Experience with frozen/temperature-controlled freight (advantage)
• Safety-focused with strong leadership skills
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
