Dear Stephen,

My husband and I would like to express our appreciation of our new 5 Star Series 3 horse angle load float. 9 years ago, we purchased one of your 2 horse straight load floats and we have had 9 years of trouble free towing. We found ourselves needing to upgrade, we did some shopping around with other brands, but we came back to Stephen Jays.

Your customer service is exemplary, you took the time to help us design our perfect float, we can honestly say the other brands just don’t match up. The attention to detail in our new float is AMAZING...! The float is just beautiful, the colour is fabulous and most importantly the towing....beautifully balanced on the road, the horses are going to love it.
Once again many thanks for our new float, we cannot wait to get it out and show it off.
