Through free lolly bags and air fresheners distributed at selected locations, we’re placing mental health support contacts directly into the hands of truck drivers and transport workers. A simple gesture, a quiet reminder, and a message that help is never far away.

This isn’t about giveaways. It’s about getting support by the industry, for the industry, directly where it needs to go.

With donations, we can expand The Quiet Shout to more locations, reach more drivers, and continue breaking down the barriers that stop people from asking for help.

Because sometimes the smallest reminder can make the biggest difference.

Across selected truck stops and businesses, you’ll start seeing these bags of lollies waiting for anyone who might need a pick me up.

Attached to every pack is a card with mental health support contacts on the back, because sometimes a simple act of kindness can start an important conversation.
