🇬🇧 From the UK to the heart of Bosnia 🇧🇦

I took my guests from the UK to enjoy the beauty of Jablanica Lake, followed by a visit to small bee farm in Sovići, above Jablanica, near Blidinje. 🐝🍯

They got to experience a little piece of authentic Bosnia… beautiful nature, peaceful mountain surroundings and, of course, a taste of our homemade honey ❤️

Not a tour, but a real local experience. 🇧🇦✨

A wonderful three-day adventure exploring the breathtaking beauty of Montenegro with an amazing group of six ladies from Hong Kong. 🇭🇰❤️

📍 Black Lake (Crno Jezero) – A peaceful glacial lake surrounded by the majestic Durmitor National Park. The crystal-clear water and fresh mountain air make it one of Montenegro’s most beautiful natural gems.

🚠 Savin K*k – We took the cable car to enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Durmitor mountains. A perfect place to admire the untouched beauty of nature from above.

🌉 Đurđevića Tara Bridge – One of the most iconic bridges in the Balkans, stretching high above the stunning Tara Canyon, the deepest canyon in Europe. The views here are simply unforgettable.

🏞️ Ćurevac Viewpoint – After a short hike, we reached one of the most impressive viewpoints overlooking the Tara Canyon. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and the perfect way to end an unforgettable day.

🌊 To finish our three-day journey, we visited the beautiful Bay of Kotor. We explored the charming town of Perast and wandered through the enchanting Old Town of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with narrow medieval streets, historic architecture, and a unique atmosphere.

Thank you for another fantastic adventure! Looking forward to welcoming you back to the Balkans. ❤️🇲🇪

One incredible journey. Seven countries. Countless unforgettable memories. 🌍

Our adventure began in Zagreb (Croatia), continued through Sarajevo, Mostar, Blagaj and Stolac (Bosnia and Herzegovina), then along the stunning Bay of Kotor via Herceg Novi to Kotor (Montenegro).

From there, we explored Shkodër on our way to Tirana (Albania), crossed into Prizren (Kosovo), continued to Skopje (North Macedonia), and finally ended our Balkan adventure in Sofia (Bulgaria).

Thank you to my wonderful guests from Malaysia for your trust, kindness, and great company throughout this unforgettable trip. It was a pleasure sharing the beauty, history, and culture of the Balkans with you.

Every goodbye is simply the beginning of another journey. Until we meet again! ❤️🇲🇾

Porta Macedonia is a 21-meter-high triumphal arch in the heart of Skopje, built in 2012 to celebrate Macedonia’s independence. Its beautiful reliefs tell the story of the country’s history, while the viewpoint at the top offers stunning views of the city.

Hristo Tatarchev (1869–1952) was a physician and one of the founders of the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization (VMRO). His legacy remains historically significant and widely debated in the region. 📍Skopje, North Macedonia 🇲🇰

Alexander the Great (356–323 BC) was one of history’s greatest military commanders. As King of Macedon, he built one of the largest empires of the ancient world, stretching from Greece to Egypt and as far as India. The grand monument in Skopje’s main square reflects his lasting influence on history and the region, although its symbolism remains a subject of discussion.

Standing beneath one of Skopje’s most iconic landmarks. Alexander the Great remains one of history’s most legendary conquerors, remembered for building an empire that stretched across three continents.

Located on Karposh’s Rebellion Square, right across the historic Stone Bridge at the entrance to the Old Bazaar, this spectacular fountain is one of Skopje’s most dynamic landmarks. It features four powerful bronze horses in a rearing position facing different directions, surrounded by dramatic water jets. At its center rises a white marble column adorned with intricate classical reliefs, perfectly complementing the monumental neoclassical architecture that frames the square.

The “Mothers of Macedonia” Fountain, Skopje
Located on Karposh’s Rebellion Square, just a few steps away from the “Horses” fountain, this beautifully crafted monument is dedicated to motherhood and family. The circular fountain features four detailed bronze statues surrounding a central marble pillar, each representing a different stage of a woman’s journey through motherhood: pregnancy, nursing a newborn, embracing a growing child, and the later years of family life. At the top, water gently overflows from a large marble basin, creating a soothing curtain of water behind the figures. Placed right at the gateway to the Old Bazaar, it i
