Today, 10 February , marks the third death anniversary of Zainul Haque Sikder , founding chairman of the Sikder Group, He breathed his last on this day in 2021. He considered not only the renowned Business man but also earned the title of renown social worker. He was the driving spirit behind the establishment of Aviation .
His departure is an irreplaceable damage for us and for this country …

Hope you are still fine and kicking. We at R&R aviation wish you safe health and a secure journey. We are back with some more infotainment to help you unwind. Here is an interesting real life story from an airplane.

Baby on a plane

As the plane was ready for takeoff, a flight attendant heard a baby crying, but she failed to understand and was flummoxed. The cries were muffled. After soul searching she realised that the sound was coming from one of the overhead luggage bins. It seemed like one of the passengers had managed to stow her baby, in bassinet, into the overhead bin. The passenger thought the overhead compartment was a perfectly cozy sleeping place for a newborn. The flight attendant located where the cries were coming from, reached up, took the baby and handed it to its mother. Mom dearest was confused until the flight attendant managed to explain that babies without their own seats must be held during takeoff and landing.

The pandemic situation has grounded all of us. But don't be depressed. Let's get to know some interesting facts about helicopter. R&R Aviation is committed to safety and security while flying in world class COVID free helicopters.

Here are five interesting facts:

a) The first person to be rescued at sea by a helicopter was in 1944.

b) There are about 15000 civil helicopters flying in 157 countries.

c) The word helicopter was coined by French inventor Gustave De Ponton D' Amecourt.

d) The fastest helicopter is the Sikorsky X2 which travelled at 259 mph in a test flight over Florida in 2010.

e) The first working helicopter is believed to be Focke-Wulf Fw 61 first flown in 1936.

a) Travelling by air can shed about 1.5 litres of water from your body in an average 3 hour flight duration.

b) The 747 family has flown more than 5.6 billion people, equal to 80% of the world's population.

c) Qantas Airlines invented business class in 1979

d) Auckland to Doha on Qatar Airways is the world's longest flight at 14,525 kilometres

e) KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is the World's oldest airline having started operation in 1919

৪. বিশ্বের দীর্ঘতম বিমান যাত্রা হল কাতার এয়ারওয়েজের দোহা থেকে অকল্যান্ড।১৪,৫২৫ কিলোমিটার পথ পাড়ি দেয় এই উড়ান।
৫. বিশ্বের প্রাচীনতম বিমান সংস্থা হলো কেএলএম রয়্যাল ডাচ এয়ারলাইনস। ১৯১৯ সাল থেকে তাদের পথ চলা শুরু।

এখন এতটাই ,পরবর্তী সময়ে আমরা আরও বেশি মজাদার তথ্য নিয়ে ফিরে আসব।
